As a dedicated full-time real estate advisor, I enjoy helping my clients achieve their real estate goals whether it be purchasing their dream home, selling a home to upgrade into new construction, or downsizing to an existing home to be closer to family, school or work.  My years of experience enables me to be a competent advisor, consultant and advocate for my clients.  I work with clients to help them understand the process and help them make wise decisions.  Knowing the local market is critical in real estate and being skilled in negotiation, financing and marketing help me be the advisor my clients deserve in making one of the biggest decisions in their life.  

I am a native Idahoan who grew up in Gooding a small town southeast of Boise.  I attended Boise State University and earned my BS in Business Management in 1993. I have lived in the Boise area since 1989.  I enjoy spending time watching my daughters play soccer and we love spending time outdoors including time in the mountains or at the cabin in Stanley and boating on Redfish Lake.  I love playing golf and fishing as well.

I have been involved in real estate most of my life tagging along with my late grandpa Gene Larsen who owned his own real estate company in Twin Falls, Idaho.  Since 2002, I have been serving hundreds of clients in the greater Treasure Valley.  Let me be your real estate advisor.
